Permanent Alizarin Crimson, developed with our customers, blends pigments to produce an exceptionally lightfast red with true Alizarin Crimson character and versatility. Like classic Alizarin, it is vibrant, medium staining and very transparent, with the undeniable advantage of permanence. Try a rich and bold application or a blush of crimson color in a light wash, we know you’ll love this beautiful shade.These are the stick version of DANIEL SMITH Extra Fine Watercolour paint. This stick format can be used directly on the page for drawing or can be rewetted with a paint brush for painting. The pigment load is higher than than the tube paint and makes the sticks a very cost effective way to try these artist quality paints.

Each stick is approximately 75mm long and is wrapped in a label with pigment information.

Store away from humidity, especially if you plan to draw with the stick, as humid environments can cause the stick to soften.
